About Us

Westerly Paints is proud to be a small, family-owned business that has served the Rhode Island and Connecticut communities since 1988. For over three decades, our doors have been open to homeowners, DIYers, contractors, and professional painters looking for more than just paint—a trusted partner in every project.

As a local business, we know that every paint job, big or small, deserves personalized attention. Our team brings a wide variety of knowledge and practical experience to the table, offering expert advice on everything from how to prep your surfaces, which primer and finish systems fit your needs, to choosing just the right color and the best paint tools for flawless results. Whether you’re tackling an interior refresh, an exterior restoration, or a staining project, you’ll find a listening ear and a helping hand every step of the way.

What sets us apart is our staff. We take pride in being approachable, patient, and always ready to help—no question is too small and no challenge is too big. We believe in giving you the time and attention you need to feel confident about your project, with honest advice from start to finish.

You’ll get to know our team members as you visit us. Owners Troy and Brandon are most often found at our original Westerly location, joined by knowledgeable team member Tim. Over in Mystic, you’ll meet Don Conde, our dedicated store manager, along with Earl and Tony—each ready to assist with your painting needs. Elena, a valued member of our staff, works at both stores to ensure you’ll see a familiar face wherever you are.

We are excited to introduce you to our team, and soon you’ll be able to put faces to these names with a group photo coming to the website. At Westerly Paints, we’re here to help make your painting project simple, successful, and maybe even a little fun. Stop in and meet us—you’ll see why so many in the community have made Westerly Paints their go-to paint shop since 1988.
